The Full Court of the Federal Court has decided that Principle 12 of the second edition of the Comcare Guide to the Assessment of the Degree of Permanent Impairment is to be read as incorporating a reference to the fifth, rather than sixth, edition of the American Medical Association's Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment.
